VBS at Central Where Jesus Makes a Difference Every Day!

VBS is a free, week long summer program. Each child will need to bring a t-shirt the first day of VBS. Please look at the list below and bring a t-shirt for each child while noting the colors for each class. We will be adding an iron-on to the t-shirts, so the shirts need to be at least 50% cotton. Please label the t-shirt with your child's name.
Pre-school - light blue
Kindergarten - light green
1st & 2nd grade - orange
3rd & 4th grade - yellow
5th & 6th grade - white

The Mission Project this year involves filling backpacks with food for families in need with students who attend Swigert Middle School and Mitchell High School. We are requesting Peanut Butter & Jelly, Pasta and Pasta Sauce, Macaroni and Cheese, Cereal, Tuna and Toothpaste and Toothbrushes for donation to support CUMC backpack mission for Mitchell High school and Swigert Middle School. Children can begin bringing these items on Monday morning throughout the entire week. There will be a collection area just outside the sanctuary. We are excited to see how many backpacks we can fill this year!


Children who are eligible for our VBS are 3 yrs old and potty trained through 6th grade. We place children in classes based on the year of school they have just finished.
