At Seaside Celebration, kids will be wowed by the tropical island environment with the big tower, palm trees, and rocky beach!
Use the set decorations from the Ultimate Decorating Pack & Guide and the Giant Promise Island Tower. Start with tan painter’s drop cloths to simulate sand (without all the mess), and then add palm trees, rocks, pallets set up as fences, a large painted background, and beach items to bring the island to life. Create Kamalei’s souvenir shop by hanging the fun sign, and then use your imagination to add unusual island items. You’ll want to include items that will be used in the Promise Island skits. Display the colorful large posters to remind kids of God’s promises.

Turn Lifeguard Lagoon into an exciting learning experience!
Use the Lifeguard Lagoon site poster, tiki torches, and a huge beach towel to make a fun entrance to your Bible story site. Create two areas inside: an area for fun introductory games and activities and a dock area where kids experience the Bible story and talk about what God’s promise means for them. Display a new Bible story poster each day along with the large God’s Promises posters. Use the art on the Lifeguard Lagoon companion CD to create daily life preservers as a visual reminder of each day’s promise. Leave plenty of room where kids and leaders can sit, talk, and pray together about God’s promises and what those promises mean to them.

Get Project Pointe ready for creativity AND service!
Use the Project Pointe site poster at the entrance to your projects site. Create a jungle feel with vines cut from cloth, grapevines made from twisted packing paper, artificial palm trees, and any kind of green foliage. Place a few tropical birds and colorful flowers made from tissue paper in the foliage. Then add the arts & crafts focus with cool graphics that you can print from the Art & Decorating CD and suspend from the ceiling. Display the God’s Promises posters and use plastic sand pails on the tables to hold supplies.

For Fun Time Falls, use a tent or canopy to provide a shady spot for kids and leaders.
Place the Fun Time Falls site poster where kids will enter the area for the games site. Create an easy outdoor waterfall with a soaker hose or use shimmery curtains or crepe paper streamers to create an eye-catching fun falls that will be sure to delight kids.

Make your snack area a real Coconut Café with tables, chairs, & an outdoor island feel.
Place the Coconut Café site poster at the entrance along with the character cut-outs, palm trees and the menu board (found on the Art & Decorating CD.) From the ceiling, hang paper lanterns, small shimmery palm trees, and coconut-shell wind chimes. Decorate tables with brightly-colored tablecloths and tropical fruits. Display the God’s Promises posters to help leaders and kids connect each day’s snack and table discussion to a promise of God. Decorate your walls with colorful signs, and add fishing nets and seashells! Let your imagination go as you decorate your version of the Coconut Café!

Transform your preschool rooms into Tadpole Bay, a safe and fun environment.
Use the decorating resources available from Standard Publishing, then add your beach chairs and towels, swim rings, a picnic table, and a wading pool filled with pool noodles cut into different sizes. Preschool Teaching Resources provides a variety of large, colorful Bible and activity posters. Display a new Bible story poster each day along with the large God’s Promises posters. Create a puppet stage or area and invite Cooper to Tadpole Bay. The kids will enjoy seeing Cooper and his new friend Ollie on Promise Island while they learn about God’s wonderful promises.
