***ELEMENTARY REGISTRATION (5 yrs. - 6th grade) IS NOW CLOSED! Praise God for all of the children we are able to reach in our neighborhoods! If you would like your child to be put on a waiting list, please email teachernic@cox.net**********
As of June 15, we have 20 preschool (3 and 4 year olds) spots open.
We are gearing up for Vacation Bible School at DHC this year and hope you will come on down!!
Desert Haven's VBS is open to all children ages 3 and potty trained up to 6th grade FREE OF CHARGE!! Space is VERY limited, so please register early. If for some reason you need to cancel, PLEASE call or email to make that space available for another child.
Children are split into crews based on ages. We do our best to honor your requests for certain children to be together, but CANNOT GUARANTEE IT. Thank you for your understanding.
Please download and fill out a photo release form for your child so our paparazzi can do their thing! :) You can mail your completed form to the address above, drop it by the church office, or just bring it with you to VBS. We have also included a paper copy of the registration form if you would rather print it out and bring it by the church.
Please see below for a list of items we need donated to make this year's VBS the best yet! We would love to continue to offer this ministry FREE to the community, but would love your help with some of our craft, decorating, and food items.
Our service project this year will once again be collecting school supplies for the children of Naco, Mexico. Please plan on bringing in school supplies during VBS week to support our mission! Also, we have recently found that a huge need in the community is for infant formula. Malnourished mothers are not able to make milk for their children. Formula is not something they can afford. Therefore, mothers have resulted to sugar water for their babies. If you have the opportunity, we would love to include this as part of our service project.
